The buyer may pick up the product at the seller’s location, or make independent delivery arrangements. Sales tax will be applied based on the seller’s location. Maie Wines makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. The buyer warrants he or she is solely responsible for the transport of the purchased products and for determining the legality and the tax\/duty consequences of bringing the products to the buyer’s chosen destination."

"paragraph": "You can reach out to UPS directly to arrange a different delivery date. We recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice where you can manage your shipments and receive delivery updates. An adult signature (21+) is required for delivery and UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned to our warehouse. A restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status and make arrangements in advance of the expected delivery date."
